Order Processing & Shipping Information:
- Order Preparation: Once payment is confirmed, please allow up to 3 business days for us to process and prepare your order.
- Shipping Address: We only ship to the address confirmed with your order. Please ensure your shipping address matches the recipient's address before finalizing your order.
- Transit Time: Shipping times are provided by the carrier and exclude weekends and holidays. Please note that transit times may vary, especially during peak holiday periods.
- Delayed Orders: If you have not received your order within 30 days of payment, please contact us. We will track your shipment and respond promptly with an update.

Free Standard shipping is available for orders $50 and above, and Fast Shipping is applied by default.

All orders will be processed within 72 hours. In peak periods, please allow for up to 3 days for dispatch.
The average delivery time for most of our valued customers is approximately 10 days from the date of order placement. While a small percentage of orders may take longer, others may arrive within 3 to 5 days, depending on the proximity of the destination country to our nearest warehouse or supplier.

- All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.
- Bodo Now is not responsible for any duties/taxes upon arrival to your location and any delays due to the shipping carrier or customs clearance.
- Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
